Every class and program at CrossFit Chowchilla is designed to give you a great workout expertly designed to be great for the body, mind, and soul. Led by our incredible coaches, you’ll love the physical power, great friendships, and mental toughness you develop when you sweat with us.

  • CrossFit

    Our CrossFit group workouts combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. These CrossFit classes will help you build strength, endurance, agility, technical ability, and general awareness of body and mind by training movements that support functional ability and translate to real life.

  • Fundamentals Class

    Everyone who’s new to CrossFit will begin with our exciting Fundamentals Class. This is where you will successfully start your journey towards becoming a CrossFit athlete. In this 90-minute 1-on-1 class, one of our expert coaches will teach you correct techniques for classic CrossFit movements so your entry into our group classes is fun and frictionless.

  • Yoga

    Flexibility is a key element to a wellness program that’s often overlooked. Yoga classes will complement your fitness regimen and will aid in your wellbeing and longevity. In this 1-hour class focused entirely on stretching, mobility and overall flexibility are heavily emphasized with a strong focus on core strength for stability and balance. This will help you move in and out of lifts and skilled movements with greater ease.

  • Bootcamp

    CrossFit Chowchilla’s 6-week boot camp class is designed to launch you into a body and health transformation. Whether your goal is to shed body fat, gain muscle, or finally make fitness a part of your life, this boot camp is the package you’re looking for.

    • 3 fitness classes (MWF) for 6-weeks incorporating the best of CrossFit, kettlebells, HIIT, yoga, spin, and conditioning

  • Nutrition Coaching

    The best workout in the world won’t work without the right nutrition. With the help of our expertly designed nutrition coaching program, we’ll help you find the right way to fuel for your body type, goals, and particular health needs. If you’re struggling with certain health issues, or even if you feel “perfectly healthy,” nutritional guidance is critical to your success in fitness and health. This program includes a custom nutrition plan and 3-months of nutritional guidance.

  • Indoor Spin Class

    CrossFit Chowchilla’s spin class is a great cardio and aerobic based workout for all skill levels. Low impact, high energy, and the perfect way to keep you heart young and pumping strong. Small Group – indoor cycling class, low impact while combining cardiovascular and aerobic exercise.

  • CrossFit Youth/Kids

    While this class is for the younger athletes, this is not just a toned down adult CrossFit class. The coaches at CrossFit Chowchilla have designed this class to specifically benefit children as they grow and develop. Focusing on skills and gamified challenges to keep things interesting, our kids and youth classes will help your children build body awareness, strength, and confidence that they’ll carry with them throughout their lifetime.

  • CrossFit Masters

    CrossFit Chowchilla’s Master Class is made up of a group of athletes both new to fitness and experienced athletes aged 50+ who want to take control of their life. It is an expertly designed functional fitness program to help masters members get healthy, stay in shape, and proactively work towards thriving independently well into the later years of your life. Those who partake in this 3x/week class can expect to get stronger, breathe easier and live better, longer.


    Most of us got into fitness to look good. But don’t you want to move well, too? BUILD is an approach to training that can be used a little or a lot to increase strength, correct imbalances, improve movement quality, and help you gain comfort and confidence in a variety of positions, without sacrificing aesthetics.
