Partner A Runs 400m while
Partner B Completes the following:
Slam Balls (40/30)
Double KB Lunge
KB Swings (Russian) 53/35
Hand Release Push-ups
Once Partner A Completes the 400m they’ll switch and Partner B will run while Partner A works.
Both Partners must complete each of the four exercises.
The score is timed. Every Rep accumulated will deduct 1 second from the overall time/score.
